Personal Data Requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of personal information associated with your customer account or order history. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
How to Submit a Request
Email or call us using the contact information below. To help us locate your records, include your name, email address, phone number, order number if available, and the type of request you are making. Please do not include sensitive payment information in your message.
Response Timing
We will review privacy requests as promptly as practical. If additional time is needed to verify your identity, locate records, or complete the request, we will contact you using the information provided with your request.
Limits and Exceptions
Some records may need to be retained for order fulfillment, fraud prevention, tax, warranty, accounting, legal, or security purposes. If we cannot complete part of a request, we will explain the reason when appropriate.
