Protected Shipping Policy

What You're Buying
Protected Shipping is an optional delivery service for eligible orders. When selected, Cross Country Cycle purchases ParcelGuard shipment protection with the shipping label for the discounted merchandise value shown at checkout. It is separate from the base delivery charge.
Eligibility and Price
Protected Shipping is offered when the merchandise total after discounts is at least $100, before tax and shipping. The protection fee is $1 for each started $100 of protected merchandise value. For example, $100 is $1, $150 is $2, and $200.01 is $3. In-store pickup orders are not eligible because they are not shipped.
Coverage
Protection applies to qualifying loss or physical damage while the package is in transit. It does not make delivery dates guaranteed, replace a product warranty, or change our return policy. Any request for coverage is subject to the ParcelGuard terms and supporting documentation applicable to the label purchased for the shipment.
If Something Goes Wrong
Contact Cross Country Cycle promptly if a protected package is lost or arrives damaged. Keep the package, packing materials, damaged items, photographs, tracking details, and proof of purchase so our team can provide the required next steps.
