Websire was easy to use, the parts diagrams for a gien bike pop up easily and ordering was a simple process, easier than I thought.

I could not figure out how to access parts for a 2011 848 through the web site. You have to pick a model before the year but "Superbike" is not offered. I was lucky to have a direct link in my history.

The payment steps were a bit cumbersome because I had to enter the payment information twice. I entered the card number, EXP Date and CVV code then the system went through a verification. I was rerouted to the same page where I had to re-enter the same information again. The second time the order was successful.

so far no problem , will update once I receive my order. I had a question but did not receive an answer yet. Its not the easiest to find common items with the search terms, such as Fork Oil, spark plug or air filter, also the quantity needed for a bike is not readily available, no picture of the part you buy either.

Website should (seriously) show what parts are not in actual in-house stock and what parts are no longer available (or at least a note to "call for availability"). Including a time estimate of non-in-stock parts that need to be ordered from Italy.

Pictures would be better than diagrams (for electrical components) but otherwise the website is very intuitive. Great!

Parts ordering offered with interface that rivals other OEMs. Very good and well needed for Ducati. Hopefully my fork parts arrive and we can get this S4R back on the road

Decent experience. Only confusing thing was the Required Country - the only choices are APO or I live outside the USA. But, the Order summary shows the proper country. Overall easy to use.

Under address location it gives the option to select APO or non U.S. address. I wish there was a box to click for inside USA. That way I felt more confident about receiving my parts
